VIP Member Store Vip Member Store Order online 2 pair of sunglasses from a Facebook Ad for $29.99. Got charged $59.99 and then they sign you up automatically for a membership. Called and cancelled hours after ordering. They canceled the membership but never cancelled the sunglasses. Recieved glasses with no documentation and sent them to the address on the envelope. The claim I should have called them for return info. Refused to refund the money to my credit card. Facebook Ad for $29.99 but credit card charged for $59.99 other Zhejiang

VIP Member Store advertised on Facebook for 2 pair of sunglasses for $29.99 but when I received the invoice via email they charged my credit card for $59.99.  Within 15 minutes of placing the order I both called and emailed them to either honor the advertised price or cancel the order.  I received a return email stating that the order had been cancelled completely.  Then I received the glasses anyway without any kind of paperwork.  I returned the classes in the original box unopened and called to demand a refund.  They told me I should have called first for the return policy and have never put the money back on my credit card.  Now they are outright refusing to refund the money.
