I am reporting Z-Tel Communications in regards to sending me a bill when this said communications company was never given any authorization to tap(and I use that word loosely) into my phone line.

I even had a three-way phone conversation with my carrier, which is AT&T, and Z-Tel Communications about this matter of a bill which I did not incur.

Therefore, Z-Tel was not supposed to send any more bills or contact me, but they insist and have now sent me into collections, which by the way I have very good credit.

But I do not like to be ripped off!! This said Z-Tel Communications Company said everything would be taken care of, but as like any rip off artist, THEY LIED!! Something needs to be done about this company.
