I have been with z-tel for a couple of years and I recently contacted customer service for the 4th time to find out why my bill is always 50.00 more monthly than my actual plan, and every month they tell me I have almost 30.00 in directory assistance calls which is totally not true, I am not home during the day and when I am home I definitely would not be making that many calls without a number and have to use directory assistance. Calling their customer service is terrible and once you do get someone on the line it is very hard to get someone to answer your question. BIG RIP OFF
