#1 Consumer Suggestion
Z-Tel Servicing a Huge Area, problems I have encountered are extremely minimal compared to the Rip- Off of $300-$500 phone charges from my previous carrier

As with any 'Nation Wide' Company, ZTel is sure to have gliches in their system, especially with the supposed amount of consumers who most likely would LOVE to switch to this- 'One Monthly Charge' telephone service. I have been with ZTel since April 2003 and have had minor problems with the service. The problems I have encountered are extremely minimal compared to the Rip- Off of $300-$500 phone charges from my previous carrier, Verizon. I have found their 'customer service' to, at times be a little confusing, trying to keep up with everything.
I just say, be patient, let them organize under a huge volume of Service Areas and Customer Requests. The service is well worth it!
