Z Tel - Z-line ripoff! they switched my service and tried to over charge me! these people must think we're retarded! Atmore Alabama

I was a Verizon customer until Z Tel switched me over unwillingly to their service plan. Z Tel tried to charge me 60 bucks for a service I never asked for and that was the same day I got the notification of the switch through a card in the mail.

I was tring to switch to Cavalier Tel. but somehow these fools got my info and switched me. (They claim there was processing date of Dec. 5 which happens to be the day I switched to Cav. Tel!)

Anyway I'm gonna fight these people with everything I have. Has anyone ever heard of these people? Or wanted a local phone service for 60 bucks a month? Plus 5 cents a min for long distance and a voice mail service I can't use? Oh and 20 cents a min if I use the included phone card and oh yeah it's another 5 cents a min just to use the phone card to check your mail. LOL these people must think we're retarded!
