Enterprise Rent-A-CAR Enterprise RAC RIPOFF BEL AIR, Maryland

Was told by the corp office of enterprise RAC that this location did not have a drop box so the car could not be returned sunday. But it turned out infact they did have a dropbox and the corp office provided me with incorrect information thus leading to a extra day worth of charges.

I was told by the corp office the car could not be returned and to keep the car until the business opens on monday before 1200 hours. And then return it due to the lack of a dropbox.


I was charged $42 because of what was told to me by the CORP OFFICE. And i don't feel i should have to pay it because i was going off of information from the CORP OFFICE.
