I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this location on the 21st of February and had it set up to return on the 8th of March. I was charged as I should have been in the beginning, while still being treated like crap the entire time by the store staff. I verified on my rental contract and with the staff that I had been given unlimited miles 5 times before going on my trip to Colorado. I went about my trip and came back early to return my rental vehicle and was charged an additional $418 on top of the $700 that I had paid to cover the cost of the rental itself and the deposit. Making my total $1,132.71. When my husband tried to explain that they had made a mistake they informed him that there was nothing that they would be willing to do about it. "That was just how it was."
I called customer service who was apologetic but was in a position in which she couldn't do anything about it and would get me in touch with the Regional Manager Tammy. She informed me that she would speak with the store manager and that basically it didn't matter if I was told that I would have unlimited miles or even that I had written verification saying I had "No Charge Mileage." Regardless of the fact that I had explained it to the woman and the store manager who were there during the initial rental that I would be traveling to Colorado. Thus far the girl who checked the car out to us has denied ever being told that we would be leaving the state. The regional manager has told me that she might reverse some of the charges but not all which for the agreement that I signed is not acceptable. We signed for Unlimited Miles. We need to not be charged for what their documents say.
I am more than a little peeved that a $584.64 car rental, yes, I did all the math, has more than doubled based on faulty information from the company's employees and I am going to be stuck paying for it. I was never offered an unlimited mileage add on or anything that would have avoided this. Just told repeatedly that the unlimited mileage would be included.

I reviewed your bill

I reviewed your bill, and the charge you had was for EXCESSIVE Mileage of 1400 + miles at .30 cents per mile. What did your CONTRACT say about EXCESSIVE mileage. You only printed out a "snippet" of the contract where it had printed no Mileage Charge.
I called Enterprise , and spoke to a representative, and they said that some contracts do place a limit on the number of miles you can put on a car. So without seeing the ENTIRE contract, and the explanation on the receipt of being EXCESSIVE Mileage charges, I would say you probably had a contract that limited the number of free miles they gave you.
Please include the ENTIRE contract on your next post so we can read it all for ourselves, before we listen to you, and stop doing business with a very reputable company. I personally have been doing business with Enterprise and they have always been very, very honest.

I have attatched additional images for everyone to view. I think it is very clear on the first image that it is PRINTED "No Charge Mileage" and the additional images show where they won't even honor what is in writing.
