IRS steals 210 a month from SSI without notice Oceanside California

I am disabled have post traumatic stress disorder from working at an HMO for 20 years. A doctor molested my daughter during a medical exam she was a teen, I reported it and was fired losing all benefits and retirement.

It took me 4 years almost losing my life to get the SSI check I had to get an attorney. The IRS "thinks" I owe back taxes which I don't. I was sent a letter then due to my income contacted a legal clinic San Diego State University. They have taken my case but it's being turned over until the new session begins. In the meantime the IRS has taken $210 a month from me. No notice, no letter stating this amount would be taken they just took it.

I see why people are fleeing this country like rats from a sinking ship. I am so fed up! I have volunteered 4 years at a cancer center to assist the community and allow myself to heal from all the terror now here it is again.

To top it off my student loan (I have an AA degree general ED) the HMO was to pay didn't so the doctor wrote it off stating I am permanently disabled will never be able to hold a job and the student loan has been passed around so much who knows who has it. They keep calling me also even after I was sent a letter stating I was qualified for a dismissal.

Too much stress causes severe vertigo, I get sick to my stomach I cannot function. I live alone, this is outrageous do I have any rights at all? or are we going back in time so women can't even vote. No Where To Turn,
