ITT AKAs USA LOANS Harrassing callsto all my husbands family for something I do not owe North Carolina NC

This company says I took out an online loan back in 2006 but now its changed to 2008 and that it went into my wells fargo checking account and I owed thousands. This company has called my husband's step mom and grandparents searching for me telling them I owe tons of money and their is a case against me. They gave the an IP # for a case # but wouldn't say their name or their actual #. I called the number they left and a man answers and yelled at me and would not let me speak. He hung up on me. I called back trying to explain that I told them over a year ago I have never had a wells fargo bank account in my name. I went to wells fargo and they agreed i never had a checking only a saving in 2000-2001. This supposedly took place in 2008. They do not care this is fraud and want to harrass me. I never took out a loan ever in my name. They say the person used my anme and social and email address an email address thats attached to my parents aol account taht i havent used since 1999. Its either fraud that someone else has done to me or this company is full of crap b/c I was denied a loan possibly. The original date went from 2006 to now 2008 that it occured b/c if it was 2006 tehy could no longer call on it. FRAUD
