Nomorerack.com Crappy stuff, long wait for return confirmation, then credit, not refund Internet

Ordered a leather jacket a few weeks before Christmas. Received jacket and it was the wrong jacket and a piece of crap. Contacted them and they said the jacket I ordered was sold out so they sent me a different jacket. I immediately returned jacket and NOW I get an email saying that I have a credit of $61.00 no refund. I want my credit card refunded and want nothing more to do with that bogus company.

nomorerack problems

My friend had the same issues with them. Several items were faulty and they refuse to refund. One item returned and they said never received so refuse to refund. They say customer service will resolve but they just keep ping in circles. My friend sent numerous emails, letters to the Pres and made phone calls.
They are clearly trying to ignore the problem.
