Nomorerack.com Nomorerack Would not refund before cutoff period!!! Internet

I ordered items online. My friend ordered the same items and told me they were knockoffs. I called the same day I placed my order to cancel and they said they will not cancel my order (even though it had not been shipped). Their phone system is horrible. The woman could not hear me the first two times I spoke into the phone. I could hear lots of noise in the background on her end. Just terrible.
