I took my computer into rent a center to have it fixed because the fan was not working correctly. When I got a computer back, it had scracthes on it, and other things I will not mention. During my investigation, I came to the realization that this computer is not mind! I feel horrible! I have pictures on my computer, business info and so fourth. they were only suppose to fix the fan to my computer. Not to mention, I had a brand new computer that I only had $400.00 left to pay on it. I hope this is just a minor mistake on their part and this all can be cleaned up! In the meantime, I feel violated!! "Where is my computer?"
