Rent a Center Harassment, threats' damage, rude Rio rancho New Mexico

I see this time and time again, I agree with the other commenters. So many people post all these hard luck sob stories that have absolutely no relevance to the facts

1. The Customer chose to enter a Rental Agreement / Contract with Rent-A-Center. Said agreement had terms including payment amounts and due dates.
2. Customer chose to break the terms in the said contract.
3. Customer then complains because Rent-A-Center simply wants there property back.
4. From what I understand Rent-A-Center even gives the customer the opportunity to return their property without pursuing further legal or civil action.       

All of this is straight forward and simple.

 YOU are deflecting off of yourself. YOU are making THEM the bad guys when the REALITY is that YOU havent made a payment, so its THEFT!!! So YOU are a THIEF. Then YOU proceed to defame THEM on a PUBLIC FORUM all because YOU cant pay your bill. SO ALL of this is due to YOUR inability to do as YOU agreed to do. HOW is thier efforts in ANY WAY to be considered harrasment?? YOU HAVE THIER PROPERTY!!!! YOU OWE THEM MONEY!!! If YOU owed ME money I wouldnt be as nice as they have been. I would be camping out at your house and confronting you the moment YOU stepped out of your vehicle. I would call the police and ensure it was on the public record that YOU ARE A DEADBEAT that DOES NOT pay thier debts. We get it, youre working, that is NOT a legal excuse to NOT pay them or return THIER property. YOU are a supposed adult. This means that YOU have a responsibility for ALL of the debts YOU incur. YOU need to either pay it or give them THIER PROPERTY IMMEDIATLY!!!! Every min, every second that YOU are in possesion of THIER PROPERTY is time THEY CANNOT EARN MONEY!!! YOU can be as self entitled as you like, REALITY will ALWAYS intrude on YOUR little fantasy. Its ALL about the money. YOU are costing THEM money because YOU want to do it ALL your way. There is a responsible adult there to watch your child then there is one who can supervise the removal of THIER PROPERTY!!!! Otherwise you ARE nothing but a deadbeat. A THIEF and NOT a very nice person who feels THEY can get away with a CIVIL CRIME of DEFAMATION!!! The entire web is NOT FB!!!!!! What YOU have willingly done is besmirch a INNOCENT company because YOU are a THIEF and a DEADBEAT!!!! If they so wanted to they could sue YOU for what YOU willingly posted about the situation. YOU have misrepresented the situation in order to make yourself look like a victim when the REALITY is that YOU are the criminal!!! YOU have spread HEARSAY as FACT and deflected the TRUTH of the situation in order to attempt to cause THEM harm. So tell us all again HOW YOU are innocent? Tell us ALL how YOU are the victim?? I DO NOT see a ripoff here. Just another self entitled mouth breather who just CANNOT be adult enough to be an adult. I pity your child. If THIS is the way YOU act around them then they are going to grow up making the EXACT same mistakes YOU have made in life. Lousy credit, people who they owe money to banging on the door for hours. Poor choices. Just because its inconveinent for YOU to IMMEDIATLY give back thier property doesnt mean that YOU get to dictate the terms of the return of THIER PROPERTY!! PAY YOUR DEBT OR GIVE IT ALL BACK IMMEDIATLY!!!! YOU are the bad guy here and the sooner YOU realize this the sooner YOU can fix it.

Deadbeat - noun

A person who tries to evade paying their debts. 

So as you see a "deadbeat" is a person who fails to pay their debts...which by the way when you are late is exactly what you are doing.

By the way I don't know what report you read but I never said to open the door..I said to CALL THE POLICE.  You also don't need to open the door to video it.

 First of all! They don't need to answer the door my son was scared. They knew who it was! They don't need to be banging on my door! I am anything but a deadbeat.... I'm working! I would say that's far from a deadbeat!

This really has to be some sort of joke, after all no one could be this much of a "deadbeat" and admit it on a PUBLIC web site.

But on the off chance you are telling the truth...you can make this all go away really quickly.  Just PAY YOUR BILLS.

As for your claims of you going to return the items you HAVE NOT paid for as aggreed that is just another set of lies from a "deadbeat".  You see most "normal" people if someone was banging on my door for 2 hours and scaring my fiance and son would call the Police.  

But you failed to do that...why?  Well let me answer.  Because you were afraid that the police would come and once they were told that you have failed to make your payments they would have told you that you had to give them back the items or get arrested.  Oh...and the real kicker in this...they probably would have done no such thing, but they would have been there as an impartial witness to what you are claiming.

Better yet...why not video them the next time and post it on Social Media.  I am sure that your Fiance has a Cell Phone with video capability..right?  If not I am sure you could call one of your friends and have them come over.

Oh and if anyone hasn't figured it out.you aren't going to return the items until they do one day show up with the sheriff.  And yes, your "sub-prime" "entitlement" attitude you continue to have will be why you are going to be with these rent to own places for decades to come.
