samsung Samsung electronics fail to fix issues on phone

i have 2 phones in the samsung repair place in texas

both have simular issues but yet they fail to fix it

1st phone went in sometime ago i got that phone back and it completely froze on me! wouldnt even turn off or do anything

but yet they claimed in report that they couldnt find any trouble

hmmmm i didnt send a defective freezing phone in ( it functioned ) nor do i call a freezing phone a repair or no issues found

so phone goes back and the pab gets replaced ( guess that missed that first time)

issues still remain ( 4th or 5th time in)

2nd phone ( back up phone) goes in same excuse no issues found , got returned again

3rd time i think thats been in they seemed to replace the pab on this as well this last time

the phone a guto 3 ( both) freeze when doing mms and playing games ( small file low graphic games , not exactly playing xbox on phone you know samsung)

both also have browser issues get errors and has java issues

emails to them them get non answer replies basically saying why you bothering us, there so called online chat tech people are nothing more than secratarys forr there phone support ( both a waste of time)

these alledged repair techs do nothing more than check that its phone ( looks like phone check)

phone turns on check no issues here

claim to do various checks ( obvious they dont )

and send back

they claim they cant find the issue or even know what the issue is ( repeted issues a million times )

but yet i cant find the issues on both phones in 10 minutes or less each and everytime , hmmmmm

ca;;s to the repair place in texas musical phones and when you get someone beyond they what you want have to repeat yourself 100 times

personally i think they have 5 year old running these places, amazed at how incompetent they are takes 20 minutes to get answer or help on most things

rather sad when i know more than these alledged trained people

so 1st phone been there since beginning of july second one close to same time, suspect they will claim no issues again found

seems that they make excuses fail to fix anything running out warranty clock
