Samsung Poor Quality Overpriced Refrigerator Lousy Customer Service out of India

Purchased this Samsung "stainless steel" refridgerator as part of a kitchen rehab less than one year ago.  This is not stainless steel.  Its some sort of cheap finish painted on to look like stainless steel but cardboard is sturdier that this stuff.  Permanenent staining occurs from fingers, water and most standard houshold cleaning agents.  The thing looks like multicolored crap within a few short months.  DO NOT attempt to clean it with anything intended for stainless steel as there isn't an ounce of steel in this thing and these agents will DESTROY it; but so will human fingers and water.  Calls to the customer service center land you in India are a nightmare.  I had to go through my state attormey general consumer complaints division to get this addressed.  While Samsung did eventually make some repairs, the finish is still Samsung finish so we'll see how long this lasts.  Don't let your contractor sell you on Samsung- you are getting RIPPED OFF.  You'll be paying off this poor quality Chinese crap for years after the thing falls apart (I peg it 3-6 months till plenty starts going wrong)
