I have been on the phone 10 times over the past 2 months trying to get my defective compressor replaced on my 4 dor French door refrigerator # RF4267HARS I ourchased in 2012 that according to documentation from Samsung found online and every person I've spoken to at Samsung is under warranty but once the service tech determnes it;s the compressor they tell me its out of warranty and I need to pay for the compressor and labor to replace.  I get the labor but why would I pay for a compressor hen it' clearly under warranty.  I've lost so many hours on the ohone trying to get this resolved.  I keep getting  the run around with every service call and phone call to and from Samsung.  I've forked out 2 service call charges but keep getting told the refrigerator only has a 1 year or 5 year warranty so it;'s out of warranty.  They continue to make up lies like I refused to pay for the inspection fee or I used profanity over the phone and finally the last call today I was told I have been mislead, there is not a 10 year warranty on my refrigerator sealed system but then when I tell them I'm looking at the 10 year warranty from their site they change the story and say it does not include the compressor.  I am so frustrated.  I refusse to pay $750.00 to replace a compressor that should be under warranty. 

I will never purchase another Samsung product but unfortunately I also purchased a top load washer a couple of years ago that has a recall on it.  They expect me to go buy a new washer send them the labels form the back of both washers new and defective and wait 4-6 months for a reimbursement.  This is not okay what is wrong with this world?  WHy are they allowed to get away with this kind of behaviour and be able to sell here in the US?
