Samsnung Galaxy S4 Nationwide

Do your homework before you buy a new Samsung Galaxy S4 or any of them that have the thinner featcher. Because After only owning a samsung galaxy S4 for about 15 days and it being in a otter box from the say i bought it at the store and not working in a enviroment that would harm my phone to make that clear. I was listening to music and had a phone call come in reached into my pants which were a pair of scrubs due to medical field and noticed my screen wasnt working. When i got into the light i noticed their was small hair crack across the LCD not the glass, phone is in a otter box defender case one of the best cases you can buy from day one. I contacted my cell phone provider and they were no help except it would cost me 200.00 to replace the phone. They could not help me they also stated that i was not the first to have this happen.

I read stuff online about them breaking easy. I notified samsung and they were no help. They know about the screen problems and i even posted a review on thier site and they would not publish it, so i figured i will come here and let people know dont buy a Galaxy S4 unless you plan on not carrying it on you at all.. I have bought many Samsung phones and will not buy any of their S4 or newer models again. I upgraded from a Note 1 my husband has a Note 2 and these phones have been in otter boxes from day one no different from my New S4. Yes i have dropped my Note and the case protected it. I had the note for my 24 month contract and the phone is still going strong with no cracks. Not my S4 had to pay Samsung to replace the LCD screen. I just want people to know what they are getting in their new lighter thinner phones. You can search online even auction sites you know the ones. At all the broken Samsung galaxy S4 and their is a lot of them.
