Tech24 ripoff an amateurish support company that doesn't fulfill its refund promises. I was so disgusted and felt like I was duped by Microsoft's misleading link to this horrid company. Tampa Bay Florida

Tech24 gives poor online support with computer problems. The promise given is if their "professionals" cannot solve your problem, a free session is granted to you. Not only did I not receive this, I never heard from them about claiming it after filing for one.

The support lady seemed as computer literate as a 2-year old and focused on everything but the residing problem. After wasting about 3 1/2 hours, the tech informed me that she could not solve the problem. I asked about the refund and she confirmed I was to receive one. I have put 2 different requests for a refund, and have even e-mailed the tech that promised me one.

Overall, I was so disgusted and felt like I was duped by Microsoft's misleading link to this horrid company. I hope no one ever uses this "support line.
