WEST - West Business Services Ripoff OLD MANAGERS San Antonio Texas

I would like to say all the infomation that I have read on this website is somewhat true. I know a couple of the employees that have complained about WEST and thier statements are true. The thing that I find disturbing is these situations are very personal and for me as another employee I know all the details. This is what you call gossip!!! West is best known for that, if you are a stay at home mom and have that one Soap Opera you don't want to miss well this job is for you. One thing that I could say that is misunderstood is that some of the employees that work at West are discrental people. They expect something for nothing. West is known for just hiring anybody, but look at it as a favor. Some of yall wouldn't get that child support from your ex-convict baby daddy. Another thing that upsets me is alot of the time the employee want to get away with murder. In any other job you are given a position and expected of course to follow basic rules and naturaly the one employee who has worked there for 10 years thinks they are going to get special treatment. Now the minute they don't well bloody murder comes out there mouth and all hell breaks lose. You know this isn't McDonalds nor is it Jackinthebox, it's WEST. If you don't like working there then quit and go to another job that pays your more than minuim wage and lets you miss work for a whole week and still have your job when your come back or put you on a step III five times before it's the last time. Maybe let you get away with using your CELL PHONE in a building that clearly states NO CELL PHONES IN THE BUILDING. and still not get fired!!!! Now tell me these type of people can keep a real job at another place. So suck it up and stop complaning.
