I received a phone call from an IRS agent saying I defrauded the government.  I was transferred to Attorney General Officer David Cooper 520015 saying if I did not resolve what I owe the IRS they would have me arrested in 30 minutes.  He wanted me to go to a Walmart and pick up a voucher card and then pay the amount he stated I owed for not filing a 745FTD.  He also threatened to seize all my assets and freeze my bank accounts.  He got mad and hung up.  He had a person called Officer Carol Wasserman call from our local police department phone number to say they were on there way.  They spammed the local police departments phone number.  She hung up when told we had the police on the other phone line.
