Like everyone else, I too, ordered boots from nomorerack.com. Placed the order on November 26. It is now January 9!!! Still no boots. Multiple calls and emails to customer service ( that is after looking for the phone number to contact them for 10 minutes because you can't find their number anywhere) have given me nothing but generic responses and the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced.
My question is...What can we, as consumers, do to get this company shut down???? It is clear that they are operating a fraudulent business. They are not registered with the BBB, and in fact, have hundreds of complaints against them with the BBB.
There has to be something else that we can do to get them shut down.

January 10, and still no boots. I actually talked to a live person when I called nomorerack customer service today. What I was told......there was a problem with the vendor who they were supposed to be getting the boots from. Nomorerack says they will refund my money. When I asked them who did I receive a tracking number if the boots were never shipped. I was told that the number I got was the number the vendor gave to NMR as the tracking number. That the boots were going to be sent from the vendor to me. Customer service could not answer why the tracking number was invalid.
She told me it could take 3-5 business days to see the refund in my account. Very apologetic and tried explaining things to me as best as she could. This is the ONLY person in customer service I have talked to over the past 6 weeks that seemed to know what she was talking about and seemed to actually care that I was upset.
