I bought a solar-charged cell phone charger. It never arrived, and the company could not provide a tracking number, and could not tell me what happened to the product. They finally issued a refund.
Five months later, I tried to make another purchase, and when my login information would not work, I contacted them. I was told my account was locked, because I "violated the terms of agreement" because I "sought in bad faith a charge back designed to injure, harass, or disrupt this website or the company's business operation."
They will not supply proof of this, never supplied a tracking number, and have now blocked me from purchasing from them, all because I never received the item I paid for?????
I informed them I would let friends and family know about how unprofessional they are, so I am keeping my promise. Their prices are not all that great anyway; you can usually find the same product on eBay for the same or less.
