I ordered a TV on Saturday morning and attempted to cancel on Sunday morning. Because it was past 9am, they refuse to cancel. I thought you always had 3 days to cancel a purchase if it hadn't shipped. Emails and phone calls have proved useless. They simply refuse to help me, stating their plicy and "there is no option" despite the fact that it hasn't shipped. They claim they do not know the shipping origination and cannot contact it.
They further claim that there is no one else to speak to beyond their condescending and robotic, script reading customer service manager. My only recourse is to wait till I receive the product and return it at my cost.
They have no comment when you present them with their "price guarantee" or assurance of outstanding customer service and don't give a darn about the fact that you were a relatively new and previously happy customer. Don't care about making any adjustments to keep you that way.
I have only once before ran into such appalling customer service. What a joke that they tout how important customer satisfaction is. And that email you get with the price guarantee - worth nothing!
Their "regular" prices are also extremely inflated. Supposedly the item I purchased retailed for $599, but I couldn't find a price higher than $228 on any other online or local store.
