First time customer to this business. I was lured in because they gave me a $10 gift card, no minimum purchase, no strings attached, no expiration date. And, free shipping on your first order. I went to place my order and the $10 e gift card was no longer in my account. And the free shipping offer disappeared. I sent them messages, screenshots.
Finally, they sent me a new promotional code. By this time, the item I wanted was sold out, so I buy two other things. I enter this promotional code and it tells me that it is valid for 48 hours and I must now purchase $30 worth of items to use it.
I try contacting them to work this out and they basically tell me that is just how it is, That is how they entered it. Why can't they honor the original card and terms?? I must spend $30 then when I finish placing an order they will go back and refund shipping but aren't sure how long it will take to process and refund back to my card.
I post on their Facebook page that I believe their solution is ridiculous, and their customer service wasn't good. It was like a bait and switch. They respond by deleting my comment, and blocking me from private messaging them or commenting again on their page.
I was going to place a decent size order, I simply wanted what was promised to be in the beginning. Now I wouldn't deal with this company if everything was free, they are a joke. No wonder they have an F rating with the BBB!

You don't comprehend much do you?
The gift card had NO expiration date.
Try reading comprehension, it works!
My point is companies need to stand behind what they offer, and their word, that is the point.
And, you seem to have missed every bit of that!!!
The rest is just an add in....the actual problem is a company not standing behind their original promises...so please stay off my complaint, you obviously cannot comprehend and have offered zero insight that is helpful.

You do realize that PROMOTIONAL offers DO expire right?? you MAY have had what you suggested, but you dragged your feet. By the time you ACTUALLY put in your order, that PROMOTIONAL offer had expired. The fact that they gave you ANYTHING after the ofer had expired is NOT POOR CS!! In fact they went above and beyond. You were just too lazy or broke to put in your order WHEN the offer was still valid.
This is not a ripoff nor is it a scam. This poster just wants EVERYTHING even though they no longer QUALIFIED for the promo offer. Yet again we have yet ANOTHER American Consumer who is far too self entitled for their own good. Just because you were a POTENTIAL customer is NO REASON to show your a*s when you MISS OUT on a promo offer. In this case YOU ARE THE SCAMMER!!!
YOU have SCAMMED THEM!! Then you have the unmitigated NERVE to post a negative report online even after they do all they could for you. Spoiled little twits REALLY need to get their heads out of their rump!!! Just because THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR WAY, is no reason to post negativly. You were not ripped off as you PURCHASED nothing. You were NOT scammed, you just did not get your order in on time to qualify for the gift card. Your self entitled attitude REALLY needs an upgrade. Perhaps YOU need to take a few CRITICAL THINKING courses. Im sure your local college MAY have a class you can join.
