I ordered at $50,00 gift card on 12/1/13.  When I placed the order I had to give a shipping address, which I did. Two weeks later after not receiving it I emailed customer service.  They told me the emailed it to me and to check my spam folder.  I emailed them a total of three times explaining that it wasn't in my spam folder and to reissue a new one or refund my credit card.  I was told that they can't reprint them because they are automatically generated.

Today, 12/15,  I called after reading another complaint on this web site.  I spoke with a customer service representative.  We went around in circles with her asking me and telling me all the same things I received in the email.  I explained that I was never told the gift card was going to be emailed.   And if I was, why would they ask for a shipping address?  I told her I either wanted a refund or the gift card re-sent.  After spending 15 minutes on the phone and put on hold 3 times she FINALLY said she would resend the email with the gift card.  She said to give it 2-3 days.  I will now wait to see if I get it.  I will NEVER do business with them again.  I asked her for a phone call reference number which she said she didn't have one.  She said her name was Annette.  No last name. Something tells me I will have to call my credit card company and file a complaint with them.
